The primary mission of Eastern International College’s Career Services is to coach, prepare and support students and Graduates to become the best career ready applicant in a global work environment through educational and student learning experiences. Career Services collaborates with companies, area colleges, community partners, faculty, alumni and staff to assist students to become real-world ready productive citizens. John Hunter, Eastern International College’s Corporate Career Services Director is here to help in showing you how you can secure an entry level position in the allied health field. Not only does he helps grads, but works closely with our externship and student-life departments to offer assistance to students looking for volunteer opportunities, externships, (full-time or part-time jobs) in preparation for their career goal.

- Conducting a professional job search courses
Career Services offers many services to students and alumni. The office encourages students to register as they begin their programs and take advantage of the resources throughout their time at the College. Career Services is not a placement office.
About John Hunter
Mr. Hunter’s profession in the career development field spans over 20 years and currently shows how EIC graduates can secure entry-level positions in their field and also helps show how students can secure externship sites in the allied health programs that include the Medical Assistant, Diagnostic Medical Sonography , and Cardiovascular Technology Associate degree programs. Experiences outside the career development field include 20 years of distinguished military service. TSgt. Hunter is a commissioned officer in the New York Air National Guard.
